Possibly the worse city sightseeing bus tour ever and I've done a few, just jump in a uber, visit the marina, albufeira old town, the strip. Olhas de aqua and villammoura, the bus is too big to take you close to the sights, it just seems to tour the hotels to grab customers but you will miss seeing the sights, especially alhos de aqua as the bus can't get there, like many must see spots as its too big, save yourself a Fortune, you can walk from the top of the old town to the marina (I can do it at 63 with emphysema) yeah maybe get a taxi to the strip, olhas de aqua is well worth visiting day or night if you want something quiet and laid back but don't waste your money on a bus trip that can't reach most places
