Deep Sundar Bhowmik is an exponent of Dhrupad, Dhamar and khayal style. He has a great sense of improvisation which reflects more on his Alapchari. And apart from this, he also gives main importance to the aesthetical beauty of "pada" in Dhrupad gayan. Besides the performances, he is also giving his contribution being as a teacher. Many students are learning Hindustani Raag Sangeet under his guidance. He has also depicted his own unique opinion about teaching techniques and eithics of Hindustani Raag Sangeet.

Deep Sundar Bhaumik is born on 14 th November 1995 at Durgapur city in West Bengal. At the age of 9 years, he started learning music for the first time under the guidance of his maternal grand father. Following that, he also learnt from Shri Biswamoy Chakraborty, Shri Parthasarathi Desikan and Shri Alick Sengupta.
