The Water Cooler Brand Talks is a previously LIVE video event hosted by Wes Henstock, Ash Rathod and Martin Zarian, three brand strategists and agency owners from Brand and Design studios Confid3ntial, DFC Studio and Factory 39 respectively.
Together Wes, Ash and Martin are collectively known as WAM who also work together to help companies shape their brand through strategy workshops.
The videos discuss and feature commentary on the current state of Brand, Branding Design and Marketing and are often joined by special guests from various sectors and disciplines.
The idea is to encourage positive discourse and around the topics that in some way, shape or form touch every individual and communities out there.

@@WaterCoolerBrandTalks The 1000 followers explanation. Richards talks on positioning. Saying the right things to the right people. Resonating more with the right people. Producing the right content to attract more of the right people even if you don't have a big following. The takeaway according to Richard - Focusing on going deep 1on1 with the individual and that's ultimately why people in his group get deals with 1500 followers. I feel like if I can find a way to go deeper with the people I'm serving I can get more business its just finding out how to do it.
