Chinese tallow tree removed hanging over building. The roots were blowing up the sidewalk and it had to come out. Verbal walk-through. Sparkling personality.

Excellent cut to fell. Efficient system and what a chipper! Lethal weapon
Looks like a proper technique for cutting a tree down. Cool perspective, and a great way to learn something new.
Thank you! Cheers!
Works for HOA 🗿 in California 🗿🗿 But hey, money's money. And I'm complaining to the HOA about the noise 🙄 unbelievable
God HOA'S are evil
So much easy money in California. It grows on trees! Hahaha
Dude you are NOT A FUCKING LOGGER! YOUR A TREE TRIMMER THATS IT!!!!! I DONT SEE YOU UP IN THE MOUTAINS CARRYING A HUGE CHAINSAW FALLING TREES THAT ARE 10X BIGGER THAN THAT SAPPLING YOU JUST CUT! YOU CALIFORNIA PPL THINK SO HIGH OF YOURSELVES! YOULL NEVER BE A LOGGER SO DONT SAY YOU ARE!
An HOA in California, id rather reside in the dirtiest third world sht hole.
Imagine destroying perfectly good trees because they couldn't be bothered to trim them. Sad.
Not a pruning issue, the roots were destroying the sidewalk, creating a liability and tripping hazard for the community. The problem starts much earlier with improper tree species selection by the developers. You need the right tree in the right place, then you can give it the right amount of care.
F HOA and California well not the state but but the government
It sure can be rough sometimes. But there are a ton of good folks here in California and it’s hard to up and move on a dime when your life is embedded here.
Imagine developers just leaving enough space between the road and your house to actually grow mature trees, the way they used to. Imagine a developer just not clear cutting everything to build giant HOA subdivisions in the first place, especially the ones that are right off major highways and busy roads and could really use the buffer of trees. Now hold that image. That is my happy place. Seriously though, my first run in with an HOA was them wanting to cut down our tree because it was growing faster than the other trees, and they wanted them to all look the same. Our house was at the bottom of the hill, so our tree got the most water, as would any tree they planned to replace it with. Oh, and they wanted us to pay for it. Luckily for us, we found a loophole, and were able to keep it.
Yes, because of my job involvement I would never live in an HOA. I agree with your assessment. Honestly, so many tree issues could be circumvented by just selecting the correct type of tree species in the first place.
Give you some advice! Stop over populating areas so they have to build those shitty places! AND SECOND MOVE!!!!! HOA what's that? Oh wait I live where there is no such fucking thing. Yall do this shit to yourselves. No one shld beabld to make you do anything with your property!! Your not in a free country or place if that's the case! Seems like something Hitler and his pos army would do to enslave ppl!
So a private tree service in a subdivision in California are loggers? Around here logger means someone who cuts trees and then takes it to the lumber yard for timber, not one who just runs it through a chipper. 😂
It’s all humor my friend. i’m definitely making fun of myself and miss using the term logger on purpose. I’ve been in tree work in for 22 years and have fallen my fair share of timber, but the only reason I’m not doing a ton of that now is because I don’t have too. it’s much harder work!
Boo
Bty how you get a contrct like that
Work as a regular vendor for property management groups.
Unfortunately not but HOA has to follow rules too.
So was there anything wrong with the tree?
Beautiful healthy red maple. Unfortunately, they grow so aggressively and quickly here that they often lift and shift or break whole sidewalk sections. The HOA replaces the sidewalk after removing stump, grinding and replacing the tree with something more suitable.
I didnt realize liquidambar literally translates to liquid amber... duh lol. crazy these are street trees in nyc and la

Normally, I would say yes! But Chinese Hackberry is not like regular Hackberry it’s just really crummy Firewood a lot more water in it.
