This is a beautiful home but very little privacy. I believe sellers would get a lot closer to asking price if they used privacy glass for the windows and doors. Otherwise, the home owners would have to use closed curtains most of the time. And I like natural light coming in but don't want to be on display to get it.

How come price shot up to $3.369M for the very same home?
