    Greetings from the Dominican Republic country, in my case I bought the mitsubishi montero version v60 xls year 2001, I bought it with a cast engine, the bottom part I installed the engine of the mitsubishi endevor year 2005 3.8, the same thing, my mechanic, an expert in mitsubishi, made an adaptation for me. I use the up and down manifold of the mitsubishi endeavor 3.8 engine it works perfectly very economical on fuel

    Hey mate, a bit late to the game here, but might help others watching. WIth regards to the 380 fuel rail... A lower intake plenum from a (1996-2005) Magna & Magna fuel rail can be used. This will bolt up directly, and still utilizes a regulator on the end. The 380 injectors fit straight into the Magna rail and plenum. The 380 & magna plenums look identical, but the fuel rails bolt at slightly different angles. I know im very late to the game, but just another way of doing it.. using oem parts.

      Different orientations, 380 motor sits sideways in the 380 and the rails are different because the 380 regulates fuel differently. Can’t quite remember now come to think of it

    • @jackk1296
      @jackk1296 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks mate, To be honest mate i don’t know, I think the attraction to the 3.8 is that they are cheap and powerful, maybe the 3.5 isn’t a big enough step up to be worth it? If I I did another one i’d probably v8 it, but the 6g75 hammers down low, so much torque

    Hi, I’m wanting to do the same conversion, on a Challenger. The alloy water crossover pipe, that bolts to the back of the heads, is that the same one that came off the 6G72? When I had a quick look, it appeared that the heads were further apart, which would make sense, as the block is taller. What is the pipe that you used from? Cheers.
