    Dovresti dettare meglio la sella, sei troppo basso, hai il ginocchio troppo piegatoe nella posizione in piedi hai il ginocchio che supera la linea del piede. Ciao 😊

      Ciao @tizianalanave5493, concordo con quanto hai scritto. All’inizio del video (minuto 0:34 ) è spiegato il perché la bike è posizionata volutamente in modo errato.     Buongiorno Luca, ho visto i video e sono veramente chiarificatori. Io però ho un problema: vivo in Portogallo e nella piscina dove vado io non ci sono istruttori di hidrobike. Sai dove posso trovare un programma di allenamento. Io sono in forte sovrappeso e sarebbe utile per me allenarmi con l’hodrobike. Grazie.

    Ciao Luca complimenti e grazie delle tue info sempre utilissime, vorrei segnalarti un problema che ho riscontrato inaspettatamente sulla linea dove di solito avevo evidenziate le rpm non ho piu' nulla e anche quando clicco con il tasto destro del mouse con edit mi fa vedere la rpm ma poi quando clcco fuori per confermare il dato non vedo piu' scritto la rpm. tutto cio' mi comporta oltre a non poter modificare la rpm in un punto della traccia non me la fa neanche vedere, ho toccato qualcosa che ha cambiato le impostazioni ? posso risolvere il problema ? grazie

    Ciao, io da un mese faccio aquagym ma su acqua alta e non riesco a fare bene gli esercizi 😅so che ci vuole un po' di tempo, chiedo:acqua alta o acqua bassa è la stessa cosa?

      Ciao Sonia, intanto grazie per seguire il canale. La differenza tra acqua bassa e acqua bassa è sostanzialmente questa: nel primo caso sei con in piedi in appoggio sul fondo, mentre nel secondo caso sei in sospensione. In entrambi i casi lavori in microgravità e in scarico articolare. Ovviamente il lavoro in acqua alta, a differenza del lavoro in acqua bassa, richiede una buona base di acquaticità e un minimo di conoscenza delle tecniche del nuoto. Detto ciò vanno bene entrambe, molto dipende dal tipo di lavoro che andrai ad eseguire. Spero di esserti stato utile e scusami per il ritardo.
