Attract Patients with our Magnetic Marketing System
มุมมอง 61ปีที่แล้ว
We don't rise to the level of our marketing goals, we fall to the level of our marketing systems. But what does that mean? Marketing your brand and your practice is similar to staying healthy with diet and exercise. You don't go to the gym once, or eat a healthy meal once and all of a sudden get in shape. You need to be consistent over time to see and maintain results. The same can be said abou...

I use this on my neck everyday since c3 to c7 anterior and posterior fusions. Just remove the strap and place behind neck for 30 mins a day. Waiting for 3 month follow up to see if working. Fingers crossed
I just began using this. I must admit it looks scary as hell. But I assure you, you feel absolutely Nothing! Zero! I hope this technology works well because i am counting on it. I sit on the couch and watch TV while it's on but I make sure i am about 15 feet away from the TV. I also keep cell phones far away when using. The weird part is I had neck fusion and you wear this around your lumbar. My doctor assured me it would help in fusion of my neck.
This thing is impossible to get situated comfortably for a cervical fusion. I don’t know why my doctor didn’t give me one that’s specifically designed to use for the cervical area.
Remove the strap, I requested another pillow and put one on each side and lay back on it everynight for 30 minutes. Working or me, but the extra pillow helps. Reach out to the company they will overnight you another velcro pillow
Where do you practice
Will this affect a pacemaker?
When a patient has a pacemaker it is recommended to contact the manufacturer of the pacemaker device to find out what their guidelines are for utilizing a bone growth stimulator.
Does not do much fore me
Beautiful eyes
Mine is not giving a countdown. It displays 51/270 and then a smiley face
That is your treatment record display. The service life of the stimulator is 270 days from first use. The 51 indicates how many days the stimulator was used during its service life.
I have been using a Spinalogic Bone Growth Stimulator for 3 months now. My only issue with it is the poor design of the belt clip for the control unit. The clip reaches only partially down the belt and slips off the belt easily, sending the control unit to the floor. I suggest a redesign of the clip or, alternatively, include an inexpensive fabric holster that slides onto the belt, into which the control unit can be placed. I can do a little sewing and am considering designing one myself!

Today is Day 1, hoping for a successful recovery.
We are too David! One day at a time...
I received my bone growth stimulator from a different medical device provider after a fusion of L2-L5. It took a couple weeks for my commercial insurer (BCBS SC), not Medicare or a Medicare supplement, to approve coverage for the device. I found your TH-cam video’s very informative and thorough. I’m an RN and my husband is a physician. I would be curious to know why the unit is only good for 9 mo’s. Is it because the device maker only ran trials for that time period? Does the strength of the magnetic field it produces diminish over time? It would be nice if the control box could be sent back to the manufacturer or product rep to be reset in case there is a future vertebral bone fusion as there often is in people who have received one. It is not at all uncommon for problems to develop in the spine above or below a fusion as pressure and weight load is transferred to these vertebrae. I’d like to make a technical comment regarding the video. For me, there was a slight audio delay which created a situation where the sound is not matched to the movement of the presenter’s mouth. It’s not terrible, just distracting.
Thanks for the comment Michelle, we hope your recovery is going well! Regarding the 9 month time frame you are right, it is because during the approval studies the devices were only studied for 9 months. If it is deemed necessary by your physician, after the 9 month mark patients can be granted extension of the therapy whereby the patient would receive a new stimulator unit. Once you reach that point you can simply contact your physician and representative and they will walk you through the process. Regarding your technical comment, yes you are right! Our team didn't notice this until long after the video had been posted so even thought it is distracting we decided to leave it be. We are considering making some updated shorter videos soon so hopefully that will help!
i needed one for cervical fusion, but they told me to use this one. I won't know if it worked until xray 10/19/23
The device was only studied in fractures up to 180 days old, so the FDA only approved its use for up to 180 days. They don't want people to use it on fractures older than that because its safety and efficacy have not been evaluated in fractures that old (a necessary precondition to marketing medical devices). They also don't want you to use the device on new fractures that occur after that time period because they're worried you would try to use the device in lieu of appropriate medical care.
The device only has a 275 day lifespan, so if worthless and will not turn on after the 275 days are up
Shes such an inspiration. Love her videos, fun and informative
Love her!!❤
Can you use this same unit for cervical fusion?
Orthofix CervicalStim is the only product indicated for cervical use.
"PromoSM"
It looks very promising, but is way too new. How will someone's spine behave 10 or 20 years later with Optilif in their body?
We LOVE Dr. Betsy Grunch!!!
Every video I see only shows the back not the cervical area???? This lays flat on the back but doesn't for the cervical area how does it work for cervical?
Orthofix Cervical-Stim is the only product indicated for cervical use.
Preston is correct, the Cervical-Stim from Orthofix is the only stimulator approved for cervical use.
I use it for cervical, I removed the strap and had the maker send another velcro pillow and spread both pillows apart and rest head laying down for 30 minutes a day
It's not fused in that CT
This woman is a beast. I don’t have any daughters, but I hope one of my four nieces turns out like her. 💯
Dr Fields at D.I.S.C. Nope. Way too expensive to go to, didn't disclose costs up front, cancelled a procedure the day before procedure. Didn't deliver on assurances given. Staff that he hides behind is rude. They are more than happy to threaten to send you to collections. To be fair, that's the only thing they did that they said they would do. So one star instead of none for actually following up on that one.
My wife used one, and her fusion went very well two years ago now. I am using one that had a fusion on l4 and l5 so far, so good. This is a real thing helping people will bone growth after the surgery. I am educated myself to learn how it works. I believe in your product.
I have one and I’ve only been using it for three weeks as I had my lumbar fusion 3 1/2 weeks ago. How do you know it was affective? I’m definitely not being rude I’m just wondering everybody says from what I can see you don’t know when the results of the stimulator are taking affect, you don’t feel anything different and then it made me wonder well how do you know has patients if it was effective and how effective it was because we don’t know how we would’ve recovered without it. Did they ever give you an idea of how they gauge that? I know that there’s a lot of comparative testing and clinical trials etc. Growing in one patient affusion recovery result and length of time versus another patient exact same fusion recovery result length of time, etc. but those are two different bodies so how do we know if your body is responding in a positive way or how it would have healed otherwise? I’m also super confused why a $5500 medical equipment is thrown away after if yes I assume it’s because they don’t want people to sell them and then use them Willie Nelly but if you pay $5500 for something I kind of feel like you should have a trade-in program for it. I don’t have insurance for things like this. This was an expense that my husband and I elected to invest in because the limited availability of stem cell treatment in my Area and the cost. We thought if we couldn’t do that we would at least do this. Anyways, you don’t have to answer I will copy and paste probably somewhere else. I feel bad even poking, but if you have any even colloquial experiences or results or stories to share. I’m all 👂 👂!! Thank you so much.
After the 275 days, your doctor can request extention if need more treatment free of charge.@swissmiss116
What is the success rate of Spineology? Where they take a non union fusion and add the mesh and bone etc and get it too fuse?
Can I have sex while stimulating my spine with this contraction? If so, does it make me orgasm faster? Sure don't need to speed that up any
...so 9-volt Energizer batteries aren't sold in stores? give me a break. what a scam product.
Hi Bob, Yes, the batteries are sold in stores. The manufacturer of the device will provide patients with additional 9-volt batteries at no charge. I hope this help clarifies. If we can assist further, please let us know. Thanks, Optima Surgical
And the "self destruct' timer so it bricks itself after 270 days. I would never buy a product like that. At a price tag of $2,200 for a throw a way device
@@optimasurgical7323 At a price tag of $2,200 for a throw a way device you should get a truck load of "free" batteries
@@davidhenderson3400 Typically, the patient’s medical provider writes a prescription for this product and upon approval, insurance covers it.
Mine came with 8 nine volt batteries@@davidhenderson3400
What are the side effects?
No side effects
Can you sit or lie down when using?
Yes either
how to order in india
Will a metal denture in the mouth affect the way this works?
Shouldn't
It is just a vertebroplasty that cannot enhance vertebral body squashed at all. *We need a new kyphoplasty method executable on just calcified fractures, this is the new era we need only.*
How do we recycle this used system? It is "depleted" (smiley face pops up with no energy)
I'm using this and love it, though u cant feel anything, its very effective and helps your bone growth much faster.
Hallo
I am from India and I need this for wedge dorsal fracture.please help mr
Bonus: When you are done for the day, the display rewards you with beeps and a SMILEY FACE! I know that thanks to a Stand UP Paddle board accident last July. Amazing machine, my neck/spine feels fairly healed up now a days.
Aret you supposed to take off the neck brace before using the stimulator, because doesn't it block the stimulation effect?
