Yes availability block kit of 5 speed is very low in market,, but you can run your 5 speed rx with same block kit use in 4 speed , And if you feel less performance or torque in 4 speed block ,,You can simply increase the size of ports by 2 mm each ports It will became same block as 5 S block .. Buy 5 speed don't go for 4 speed if you have option because mialage of 5 s is great ( around 45 to 50km) compare to 4s( 30 to 35km) And top speed is also good of 5s ..

If you buy whole gearbox of 5 s ,,it will cost you around 7 to 8k and + 2k installation charges.. maybe 10k around.. or if you buy converter it will cost you 2.5k and gear drum around 1.5k and installation charges 2k so total it cost 6k

Did you use Sleeved Block ?

CD100 is 4 stroke bike ,,it's possible but there chanches to block can damage,, i suggest you to use Dirt bike carburetor ..Well apka carb khraab hai kya?

Nowadays piston ring coming with piston (not separated).. currently i have fitted NMW brand piston because my cylinder size is 1.5mm(cost me around 1400rs total) ,,, but i suggest you if your cylinder size below 1 mm use SAM &GOETZE Brand pistons ,,, and it will cost you around 1.2k to 800 rs depends size of your cylinder size . And there's some local brand available in market like star and king ( separated then piston) and it will cost you aroung 200 to 500 rs(cheapest)..
