I studied 3D models in this game and it's insane. Polygon count is the same as a PS1 game and textures are basically pixel art (they look smooth in-game because of interpolation) Would you even have guessed that just looking at it? Another proof that artistry > technology.

OH! I'm unsure if it was mentioned, but there is a special Camo you can get and save in the area where you follow Naomi's footprints. It's called the Handprint Camo. :D Huh, when Drebin yells out that they have an MGS on your tail I never new what that actually ment. Rewatching this got me curious and just looked it up. It means Mobile Gun System. Odd name for an APC but okay. :P

Naomi: You of all people Snake should know, a soldiers sense can not be taught. Me: Tell that to to the excellent soldiers who were taught. Heck, tell that to Big Boss! A soldiers senses can be taught.

I love the Snake meets Drebin cutscene. Definitely my favorite cutscene of MGS4.

Just started the video when typing this, but it's sad you have yet to call Sigint when you have the M1911 equipped. Or the Naked camo. xD Also love the codec with Para-Medic about the Russian Glowcaps. You should do that next time (if there is one). :') Basically, get a glowcap and call paramedic (might take a few calls depending on how much food you have) and she'll talk about it. Then when that funny conversation is finished, use a device that has a battery and then eat the cmushroom to refill it. Then call back paramedic to tell her that it recharged the batteries. 😂

The Boss was strong AF. She was carrying the Davy Crockett and it's Launcher in their cases no problem. The Launcher should be at least 108 lbs and the warhead is at least 50 lbs. And that's not including the weight of each case. The Boss to Snake: That arm still hurt? Me: You broke it and it's only been a week, yea it still freaking hurts.

Every time I watch the opening and that music kicks in as the C-130 Hercules bay opens up, my blood gets pumping. Epic music! >:D I always though it is wierd that the characters kneel down when using the Codec. Like...why can't you stay standing? lol

A real Rail Gun doesn't use Magnets, neither does the Gauss/Coil Gun design. They use separate systems to achieve Electromagnetism, but they do not use ACTUAL magnets in the design (which makes sense given magnets lose effectiveness in high heat).

Too bad you haven't yet seen the MGS3 secret theater, or if you have you did it off cam. I'm sure many including myself would've loved to see your guy's reactions to it. 🤣

Here'a very useful tip for future playthroughs, whether you make more videos or not. The Chicken Hat method will lower the Enemy Preparedness levels. But depending on how high the levels are, you will have to do the mthod multiple times. My version of the Chicken Hat method is by far the fastest and guaranteed to work (since I use it constantly to keep the levels at Greyed out). My Chicken Hat Method: Step 1: Make the cheapest Loadout possible. *1 Tranq and *1 SVG 76, *1 Fulton Ballloons, Magazines (they are 0 GMP after all), and any low cost camo, the FoB Event camos are the cheapest cause they cost 0 GMP to use. Don't bring buddies and make sure you have no Heli upgrades on Pequod. Keep everything as cheap as possible. If you got the right soldiers, your deployment cost should be around 700 gmp max! :D Step 2: Deploy into freeroam. Time does not matter since you won't be getting off the heli. Step 3: While still in the chopper, Go into Pause -> Options -> Game Settings -> Turn Chicken Hat On and Apply Settings. Step 4: Immediately Restart Checkpoint after you apply the Chicken Hat to put it on. You should have on the Chicken Hat while still in the Heli. Open the Pause Menu again but this time return to ACC. Do Steps 1 - 4 enough times and watch your Enemy Icons lower from Red to Pink, to White and then Grey. As I said however, if you have high preparedness levels, it will take many times to do this, hence why I said to make sure to use the cheapest loadout you can. If you do everything as fast as possible, it should only take like 30 seconds from start to finish.

A lot of features are over exaggerated in the game. For the future, At 1:16:14 it was said the enemies will hear your speaker. But that is mostly untrue. The Acquired Tapes (Afghanistan and Africa Lullaby and Enemy Eliminated tapes, the Soldier with the stomach ache and the animal calls) have special effects so the enemies can hear them, only in specific situations. Otherwise, normally soldiers are basically deaf to all tapes when played over the speaker. They also won't hear if you jump through a window and break the glass, funny enough (I accidentally jumped through a window behind 2 enemies and they didn't hear it, which is how I found out about the feature). So with that info, any future playthroughs might be easier to just bust through windows instead of using the door. Lol. But they can hear when you freaking knock into objects like a chair or something. 🤣 Another thing to note (VERY IMPORTANT to anyone that reads this) is at 1:32:50 ish, the info about interrogations is completely wrong. You can get both Spit it out and Where are they options. The "Where are they" option ONLY works if there are unmarked soldiers nearby however (like at less than 20m nearby, maybe 30m, but don't quote me on that), which is why most people think it doesn't work. Because the unmarked soldiers aren't close enough for the Where are they option to mark them, or everyone nearby is already marked.

Ocelot: If the time you ever go back to Cipher... Me: I knew Kaz said he was "using" Cipher in Peace Walker, but what Ocelot just said....gives Huey's accusation about Kaz working with Cipher 9 years ago makes sense. Kaz was originally part of Cipher as well. Zadornov constantly escaping had to have more Cipher insiders than just Paz.

Huey may bring up some good points, but considering Kaz said that the AI pod recorded everything Huey and Strangelove were doing over the past 9 years, I'm not inclined to believe him on anything. Even in the face of overwhelming ACTUAL evidence (recording Strangelove's final message after he locked her in), he still stuck to what he himself believes is the truth.

When I played over 20 years ago, it made me thinking. Even I fall down the conspiracy theories, I starting asking myself. So, I start reading books like about NLP and one of my favourite books was "Doublespeak" by William D. Lutz. Even that book is using outdated thermology from the 80s, it still gives me more questions than answers. Like even an opinion comes to mind, I always asking myself: "Is these thoughts are really mine or someone else?". I was engaged in ideological subversion, which is seldom explained to people by your media, because the media is part of that process." We humans are still sleepwalking and to wake up of that realization that we're getting fooled, we wouldn't have all these wars. It could be the end of us all. But I rather want to every single person on this planet rather to be free then sleepwalking. The system never liked me. I was dead at birth, came back to life, bullied all my life and the system was really trying destroying me. But still now at the age of 43, I'm still here. Alive. My legacy is to try to pass on these my thoughts and hopefully we can live together peacefully. But we human being are bond to emotions and my late dad said it best on his death bed: "As long there is humans on this planet, the hatred will still exist". I end this comment with a comment from the late Finnish president Urho Kekkonen said this on a tv interview: "Historical truth cannot receive different interpretations, it is always historical truth. But if the history is falsified, it does not give the rise to historical truth, it is always a historical injustice".

If it wasn't said before, I'll say it. In Mission 13 Pitch Dark, the cutscene that would show after you blow up the Oily/Water Separator Tank will only show if you're still inside the Mfidna Oilfield Outpost when you blow it up. If you're outside the base, it'll fade to black and you'll instead appear elsewhere just outside the base.

Here's an interesting thing to note is if you do 2 missions after mission 06 the Medical Platform will be built on Kaz's orders for free. But what might not be known about this is, if you didn't yet build the R&D platform (0/4), that would also be automatically built for free! It's something I found out myself since at that point I only had the Command Platform (1/4). When Kaz mentioned him building the Med Platform I looked and saw that the R&D platform was also being built. And like the Med Platform, it was free! Thank you Kaz! 😂😂

Others: These Skulls (Mist) are super tough. Me: Ah ha,nope. They can be easily killed with just 2 *1 Grenades and even the *1 Assault Rifles puts in work. 😂 Now the Stealth Snipers and the Armored Unit, those are tougher, but with the right weapons even they could become chump change.

Nice trip down memory lane. Link's Awakening and Kirby's Dream Land were the ones I loved the most as a kid. It took me years to beat Link's Awakening cause my english was so bad back then. Other notable game boy titles: Motorcross Maniacs, Killer Instinct, R-TYPE and of course Donkey Kong series.
