Sigrun is around 20 years old, meaning she never knew life outside the heavily curated education and upbringing system of the nazis, so her going as far as betraying and working against the only thing she ever knew is a pretty remarkable feat of personality If I say so myself.

I find it hypocritical that they are so rude to Sigrun, since they had Klaus, a former Nazi on their side, in the old game. And he gave his life for his adopted son and for the circle. Sigrun here is trying to fit in, make herself useful, be friendly to everyone, since she looks like she wouldn’t hurt a fly. And when she slaps Grace, that is down right satisfying.

This just goes to show that Joel isnt invincible. Hes just as normal as the rest of these people on the world fighting to survive.

Imagine all of these universes where Joel actually died, and Ellie, Sarah, or Sam was alone to die.
