The stupid shit you post on Twitter is hilarious. From “I’m working on Super Bowl Sunday, making cold calls, working on my business plan, you need to zig when others zag” to “I’m not actually working, I have employees I hired for $5 an hour to work on Sunday nights” 😂 it sounds like you’re deeply unhappy and unable to do anything about it. I recommend just deleting social media and working on yourself. You’re not a smart guy. You didn’t need to make the follow up post, but you did, because you were bothered. I would think you would just kept zigging while everyone else zagged?

Great advice! Fail forward. Take ownership of ALL mistakes. Swallow your pride. There are no short cuts to success, but you can speed it up by taking these advice. Not only will you aquire new skills quicker, but you're also building you're confidence. People will want to work with you, because you are trustworthy and competent!

Excellent advice! I am personally not in real estate, but have seen so many of my friends and relatives sink because they did not understand fully deal, did not have enough cash on hand like you mentioned, or simply did not realize how much work it is to succeed in real estate A couple of others are chugging along, but their profit margins are razor thin Personally, I knew I was never smart enough , resilient enough or focused enough to do that and I do ok just investing in S&P 500
