Hehe @ 3:35 exactly where I went OTB off the log and got wedged in my bike in between the log and that small tree.
You okay? Was it more ego than physical? Also I know the pain of bailing on an easy trail. Reminds you that stuff can happen no matter where you are or what you are doing.

How do you get to this trail?
@@ALbrosw its a right off the climb after you exit Starz to get back to the main dog walking trail. It’s the first right after you start the descent. Or easier yet it’s on Trailforks if you use that app.

Just a mount off the side of the down tube. Used a sticky one and a zap strap for a bit more stability :)

Nice video. They finally finished the trail, can't wait to ride all of it. Also the GoPro does not do justice to how steep the trail is in a few sections.
haha ya, the steeps got me off guard in a few spots for sure... especially with some loose pebbles that made it slick :)

Depends how fast you can pedal :D haha. It's not an easy climb for sure, but you can get to the fun stuff in 40 or so minutes with a bit +/- depending on fitness level and what trail you want to hit. I highly recommend - worth all the sweat for sure :)

thanks! Ya, in BC - a Vancouver suburd "Coquitlam". Eagle Mountain out there specifically. I'm biased as I'm local... but it's an awesome mountain. Our builders are fantastic :)
