Slip stitch onto cable needle and bring to front, purl next five stitches, knit stitch on cable needle.
With yarn at back, slip stitch without twisting, onto the cable needle and bring the cable needle to the front of the work. Purl the next five stitches from the left needle then knit the stitch from the cable needle. This is a left leaning cable.
