I love almost every type of art and craft! And on my channel you’ll see me doing a variety of those things! I like to play and experiment and learn new things as well. You’ll see journal making; art journaling; mixed media; acrylic painting; collaging; coloring, paper crafting and anything else I may want to experiment with on my channel.
You’ll see show and tell videos, and process videos too! And I’ll throw in the occasional tutorial and arts and crafts haul! I love joining in on a variety of and/or creating my own collaborations, swaps and hops! So come join me, stick around, become a part of my TH-cam friends and family and let’s have some fun!

Once a month on the 25th of the month I’ll shuffle and cut two separate decks of cards. Each card will have a prompt written on it. Then I will take the two prompts I’ve drawn and create a piece of art.
If you’d like to join me use#shufflecutcreate and tag me @martha_makes_art
Create on paper, canvas, wood or anything you want!
You can break up the prompts into two separate art pieces if you’re stumped, or exchange one of the prompt words with a wild card: Any word you want.
You can do a mixed media piece, collage, painting or drawing, or any combination.
Make your piece any size or do it in a journal like I’m doing. Jump in and out of the collaboration as you can.
Do a project share or process video! Upload your video anytime during the month.
I’ll eliminate the prompts I’ve chosen for the month, and we won’t see them again until we use up all the cards.
This should be fun and a little challenging, but most of all inspiring!
