63km ride in North Peak District

I rode it all on Tour mode to save the battery . New Bosch update allows to plan your route and assess how much battery life will be left at the end of it. It worked perfectly ok. Hard work to ride in mountains on Tour mode but if you are fit it is able. I arrived home with 8 percent battery left. Software estimated 14. Close .

Nice and easy off road track from Holme to Holmfirth. Great when it's dry otherwise expect to be covered in mud.

@@jackthomas23 hej. Wszystko zależy jaki teren , ile przewyższeń , jaki jest poziom wytrenowania . Jak zaczynałem 2 lata temu to po 30km wracałem z rozładowaną baterią z łatwej trasy. Teraz robie tą samą trasę i mam połowę energii. Jesień i zima zasięg będzie krótszy . W lecie pojedziesz dalej . Jeżdżę teraz w trybie auto. Działa lepiej jak emtb i daje większy zasięg. Jak dobrze ustawisz turbo to również oszczędza baterie . Wystarczy zredukować prędkość max w której działa . Używam tylko do extremalnych podjazdów . Nie da się odpowiedzieć czy przejedziesz 75km . Po drodze pojedziesz dalej , po dzikim terenie będzie inaczej . Zawsze możesz wziąć ładowarkę i się w knajpie podładować przy jedzeniu. Pozdrawiam .

@@jackthomas23 nie ma sprawy. Kazdy tryb jak emtb można modyfikować pod siebie i również pod zasięg . Nowy update od Bosch pokazuje teoretycznie jaki dystans mogę przejechać na podstawie moich poprzednich tras. Rower jest super . Bardzo dobrze zrobiony i już dwa lata działa bez żadnych problemów. Trzeba się nauczyć jak tym jeździć efektywnie i cieszyć się z długich wypraw. Ja zrobiłem kilka modyfikacji żeby było mi wygodniej ale i tak super maszyna nawet w wersji od producenta . Polecam.

The landing was flawless, but I think you had a lot of good landing options from what I could see in this short video. In other words, it doesn't look very stressfull, for an XC pilot this should be ok 99% of the time.
Is the rear the "Short" version too or the long one please??

Szkoda że nie wyjaśniasz w trakcie lotu taktyki latania. Jest wiele ścieżek przelotu na xctrack a Twoje wideo nic nie wnosi poza nimi.
@@arturk6586 trasa jest raczej klasyczna a taktyka się zmienia w zależności od dnia . Kazdy leci wedle własnego uznania . Taktyka raczej zawsze taka sama . Utrzymuj wysokość i wykręcaj mocne kominy . Moje video nie jest instruktażowe tylko pamiątka . Możesz znaleźć mój lot jak wiele innych, podobnych i przeanalizować. Każdy leci inaczej .

I hate those gates around Dovestones reservoir. Tough climb up to Chew reservoir and even tougher heading across the moors over there. Well done.
@@Ecoroof1986 yep it’s the hardest part of the ride . I walked down a lot just pushing my bike . Gates are annoying. It is what it is . All the rest is ace 👍.

Very skilled landing, but also very dangerous (wood and single tree) and this with not much height. Ok for a skilled, experienced pilot, but not as a beginner. I think the mistake has been much time before and with the hope, which died at last. 🙂 Better a safe landing than a dangerous trial, which reduces the options. And better to make the decision for landing with enough height and options. Always safe landings.
@@Pit1963 spot on . I agree . I have made a mistake earlier and ended up searching for landing in the valley where I shouldn’t be at all.

Chris Dales is great ! No crowd , plenty of space and opportunities. I love flying here. It is remote and you walk a lot but the views compensate it.

It was a strange day. Some thermals were sharp and nasty but not that strong but some ok and wide. In the sun it worked better. Very active flying .

Is this a joke? 4:25 you find sink and you turn back into lift? wtf
Why would it be ? I was checking if the lift is still present and where . What goes up must go down unless it’s a wave . I wanted to come back to the take off . As soon as I dropped enough hight on big ears I flew back no problem staying low . In strong winds landing in the valley is risky in this place and fields around are not for landing.

@@KacperFlyParaglider I have had a Thailand at February a similair Situation.heavy sinking Rates even at füll Speed and quiet turbulent. I couldn't reach the Flats and have to approach a fucking small space in the Jungle with real Tricky approaching🤣 I have needed all my experience to land, and of course real good luck in top 😉✌️
