माननीय श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी प्रधानमंत्री भारत सरकार, नईदिल्ली विषय:- विदेश से एमबीबीएस किए भारतीय छात्रों को एफएमजीई परीक्षा में क्वालिर्फाइंग माक्र्स 50 प्रतिशत से घटाकर 40 प्रतिशत किए जाने बाबत् । मैं आपका ध्यान देश के एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हॅू:- 1. विदेश से एमबीबीएस किए भारतीय छात्रों को प्रेक्टिस हेतु एफएमजीई परीक्षा में क्वालिफाई करना अनिवार्य है । जून-2014 से दिसम्बर-2023 तक कुल 2,93,025 परीक्षार्थी में से सिर्फ 56,240 परीक्षार्थी सफल हुए है । 2. एफएमजीई परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने हेतु कुल 300 अंको में से 150 अंक (50 प्रतिशत) लाना अनिवार्य है । 80 प्रतिशत परीक्षार्थी जो असफल हुए है उनमें से अधिकांश परीक्षार्थीयों को 130 से 149 अंक प्राप्त हुए है । 3. देश में वर्ष 2020 तक प्रतिवर्ष हजारो भारतीय छात्र विदेश से एमबीबीएस करने जाते थे । यूक्रेन युद्ध, कोरोना एवं नई एनएमसी गाईडलाईन के कारण वर्ष 2021 से विदेश जाने वाले छात्रों की संख्या में भारी कमी आई है । आपकी सरकार के सकारात्मक प्रयासों से सीट वृद्धि से अब देश में ही एमबीबीएस करने का चलन बढ गया है । 4. केवल कुछ अंको से लगातार अनुत्तीर्ण हो रहे विद्यार्थी अब डिप्रेशन का शिकार हो रहे है । इनके पालको में निराशा उत्पन्न हो रही है । ये सभी भारत की संतान है, यदि भारत सरकार इनके लिए सकारात्मक निर्णय नहीं लेगी तो और कौन लेगा । इनमें अधिकांशतया मिडिल क्लाॅस है । कृपया देश में चिकित्सकों की कमी को देखते हुए विदेश से एमबीबीएस किए भारतीय छात्रों को जनवरी-2025 से एफएमजीई परीक्षा में क्वालिफाईग माक्र्स 50 प्रतिशत से घटाकर 40 प्रतिशत किए जाने के आदेश प्रदान करने का कष्ट करें । (सांसद) मैनें अपने सांसद जी से प्रधानमंत्री/स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जी को चिठ्ठी लिखवाई है । आप भी लिखवाऐं या संसद में प्रश्न उठवाऐं ।
