Those string reverbs starting at 0:13 made me think I was getting a Discord call. Its a pretty solid rendition, I love the percussion hits, though I'd consider maybe retooling that bit a little?
Maybe a little heavy on the xylophone, it takes over a little bit at the start of the loop. I'd say maybe lower the volume on it, and also maybe a bit more liberal usage of the upright bass that's providing backing, I do like that. Other than that, great cover, I'd love to see more!
This one was a bit tricky, that "xylophone" was part of the percussion track. If I do ever redo this song, I'd be separating those into two different tracks for sure.

I'm not exactly sure. I feel like it changes a few times through the song and doesn't follow any real scale structure I know of with its use of a lot of chromatics.

@@Bloowashere off the top of my head I think maridia (think that's what it was called off top of my head). A lot of the other tracks from super metroid are bit more ambient rather being a normal song
