A young man, Vihaan is struggling with the effects of his addiction to adult content and masturbation, which are interfering with his studies and mental well-being. Despite his attempts to stop, he feels trapped in a cycle of guilt and frustration. In a candid conversation with his friend, Vihaan opens up about his inability to focus and his growing anxiety about his future. His friend, though playful at first, eventually advises him to take control by diverting his mind through hobbies and meditation, warning him about the potential long-term consequences if left unchecked.
