That's the Monster Ruler chronicle set, which I upgraded to level 90. I had to reinforce all of my gear so I could run Prey without suffering the exorcism penalty.

Unfortunately, Shining Intelligence is a better AL swap if you can find it, +3 Befriend Familiar isn't that great compared to the bonuses on the other brooms, and Witch doesn't have any other useful skills in the level 15-20 range.

Rac Vac is worse than Mana Broom for now, but it does get buffed in a future patch.

Hi, what buff is the Raccoon Vaccuum is getting? more damage?

It gets 8 more elemental damage and 10% more bonus damage compared to its current stats. That makes it good enough to compete with the other brooms.

I used the Rac Vac so I could take out all of room 3 with Gravitas, but I realized later that it's not really necessary to do that. I use Gleipnir for the entire run after that.
