Airbus A320 by design, displays only 8 most threatening intruders in order to avoid saturation of ND. Even though the less threatening intruders are not displayed, they are monitored by the TCAS. DYK : Up to 45 (for Mode S) & 60 (for Mode C) intruders are monitored at the same time.

Hi Captain. I have a question. on the LD tables, in the last colum it says 'if OVW PROC applied' I understand this procedure is applied when the LW is above 64.5t, not 66t am I correct? The 66t reference got me confused.

If it's lesser, please don't subtract, only if you're near limit of ALD. Std is 1930m ,AB Low. Just leave it as conservative if you have 67% stopping margin.(Dry.6). It's not just about maths but HF as well. But solid explaination,Prof!

hi my friend, just to clarify , the batteries must be in auto not only because it would power the dc batt bus , because if we have the ground power unit connected the dc batt bus is energized , however we still need to connect the batteries in auto in order to operate the btl . that is why even if we have energized the batt bus if we try to start the apu with the batt off , the apu will not start. of course i am pretty sure that with your experience you would be more capacitited to explain it. very good explanation , thanks a lot.

when starting the apu it slowly rotates and reaches 46% and the then goes back to zero fails to start what the probable cause?
To much crap to do in the roll out phase. The cardinal rule in flying is to no be distracted in any phase of the flight. This operation requires way to much dexterity and thought. Typical Airbus over engineering Airbus is FUBAR
