With the canvas method, most have staples. Do you remove the staples, then glue canvas?
That’s a good question. I try and use frames without staples but otherwise I cover the staples with masking tape then paint over. Your idea of removing the staples and glueing the canvas should hopefully work too. Good luck!

Munni you are the best teacher! I really enjoyed our workshop today. As a total novices you made it so easy to show us how to make a cute picture. I am a convert to felting as it's so relaxing and creative. Can't wait to try some more ideas.
Teaching classes outside in a tent is a great idea. It looks cozy like a living room, but with enough room to be socially distant. Good luck with your new venture!
