For me when I finally got strict and eliminated gluten and dairy after years of being on and off again I have been way way better! I use Bigalows Extra sleepytime tea with Valarian if i wake up due to my stressful life situation/ racing mind in the middle of the night. Or sometimes I can't get to sleep. That really helps me and I sleep. Surely pray that you continue to heal and get better! Enjoyed all the vlogmas!

Good morning Kim. It's 2.30 am and I couldn't sleep so got up to make cocoa. And there you were on TH-cam. You did so much this year - its astounding. I like the idea of the Ayurvedic practice. I only know a little so count me in. Next year for me: more gardening now I'm mobile, especially vegetables. Knitting, and lots of walking and swimming. Have a great New Year and see you in 2025. I just got YT's recommendation for your channel and i loved the total episode (i have seen some other ones from Vlogmas itself...), especially the easy relatable way in which you described the yoga steps...i would say Winter flowers is the best performing colorway for AA, though frankly, each of the colorways featured on their website is a beauty, and therefore a winner! As ever, Kim, I start my day with you. Thank you for such a beautiful and moving meditation. We celebrated the Solstice sitting outside cooking sausages on our small fire stove and enjoying them with home made guacamole. It was a wonderfully clear night and the stars were so bright. Good morning to you! I laughed several times over this vlog. Two pieces of paper - good luck with that! But I expect you have good kindling as well. My husband uses two firelighters, dried rosemary cuttings and then throws a huge log on top. It then goes out and I have to rescue it. You're either a fire builder or you're not. He's not! What are you knitting? It looks wonderful. Making soup and pastry for the freezer today - trying to get ahead for a massive baking session this weekend. I can't wrap gifts either! Hugs!

Hi Kim! Those Pups seem to be growing so fast. They're going to be huge! One lovely thing about your outdoor filming is that I get to have that beautiful Christmas feeling but without the Big Freeze. It's cold but clear skies this morning (6.30 am) but I'm still able to sit outside in my big wrap, drink my tea and talk to you. Good morning, Kim. I can't imagine living with cayotes around. Are you safe if you go outside at night? Christmas is next week and I've done nothing!
