She has some scenes in the Endymion movie She stops a world ending spell and helps a little bit during the some arc(against the nuns) and saves Last Order (in anime if I'm not mistaken she does more in light novel beyond season 3) she needs to be shafted cause one half of the enemies in the universe will get Deus Indexmachina she literally knows most spells and has the best magic theory in the whole franchise so any magician enemy literally can't win she's atleast Magic God level she just hasn't ascended yet not to mention the Index side of the Franchise forcus more on Magician Enemies so if she gets involves she can overpower most of them, while she shouldn't be involved with science side cause it might cause a dispute (which isn't really a good excuse after ww3) and if she does she'll reveal the existence of Magic

確か上条当麻が心理戦で腕本当に千切れてるのにやせ我慢してまるで魔術が効いて無いかのように演出した結果自分の魔術の効果が失われたのでは？と言う疑問を思い浮かべてしまったので魔術そのものの効力が無くなる事が現実化してしまいました！魔術が効力を失う思考が現実化してかかる前に戻ったのでステイルは元に戻りました！ 後日談で上条当麻が腕もげてマジで痛かった！と語ってたのでハッタリで相手の精神状態追い詰めて負けるイメージをさせて勝ったんですよ🙂 言葉の現実化では無くて思考の現実化の魔術なので！

Let's say that Aleister, the president of the academy city protects Touma from the scientists. That's why Touma is portrayed as lv0, so as not to draw attention. There are two sides here, the first is the mad scientists. The academy city is nothing more than a scientific base, technically a paradise for every scientist obsessed with knowledge as they can study and experiment at will. The other side is that of President Aleister who created the academy city with a far more important purpose. Aleister doesn't care what the scientists do, as long as they don't interfere with his plan. In Touma's case, he occupies 98% of Aleister's main plane, that's why he made it clear for the scientists not to touch Touma. So the scientists go after other Espers like Accelerator, Misaka etc .
