Craziest space projects that actually existed
Giant nuclear spaceships, interplanetary mosquitoes, and space squid robots. Since the dawn of the space age, there have been plenty of crazy projects. Some of them even reached certain stages of realization. In this video, we'll talk about a few of these examples

There is no rush, earth is alive and probably got over a billion years ahead to master earth and forms of travel . Yes your right dumb idea when we could develop earth better.

Thank you for the video. I learned much. I still have hope for an orion type craft using fusion impulses without a fission primary. I don't know if such a thing is possible outside of an antimatter igniter, which seems decades, if not a century away. The success of NIF at achieving fusion ignition gives me hope that it's possible someday, but I'm not holding my breath. If fission is and always will be required, we'll have to wait for a lunar base with the required infrastructure to make its own nuclear impulses before that dream can be realized. One of the more interesting data points about Orion was its motor's thrust-to-weight ratio: on the order of 2:1. Compare this to the TWR of Falcon's Merlin's of well over 100:1. It's just that the thrust of nuclear pulses is so high, there's plenty of margin for habitat. There is an excellent series on the Orion and its possible consequences, technology-wise, here on TH-cam. I'll have to search to find it. When I do, I'll place the URL as a response to this comment. Thank you again.

I remember reading about the Orion Project when I was a teen-ager back in the 60's. It would have been fantastic to watch it accelerate. I followed Kennedy's moon program all the way through. Small steps from Mercury thru Apollo. Got my 1st hand calculator in 68, it took 8 AAA or 4 AA batteries, Texas Industries I believe. An amazing time. Yes, another video on this subject please.

I don’t think the Earth and the Moon are a binary system I believe that to be a binary system they need to have a strong gravitational pull on each other to make them orbit each other our moon is to small to have a big gravitational pull on Earth it only orbits us we don’t orbit it.

There are a couple odd coincidences with the moon. 1. The moon is very close to a perfect size match for the sun to create a solar eclipse. If you take the size of the moon and sun and their _average_ distances and do some basic geometry math you find its only about 1% off from perfect. If you try this remember to subtract 1 earth radius since the important distance is NOT from the center of the earth to the moon, but from your eyeball to the moon. 2. The moon's orbital period and the sun's rotation period are almost the same - 27 days. Note that the moon's orbit is a little shorter than its full moon period.

Long ago there was an ancient civilization called the Moon Kingdom which protected the Earth . The Princess of the moon kingdom fell in love with the prince of the earth kingdom. But the Dark Kingdom despised the Moon kingdom and sought to destroy it . The Dark kingdom brainwashed the prince of the earth kingdom and together they helped to destroy the moon kingdom which is what we see today.

The moon is literally the original moon from which the definition of moon was derived. It can't be a double planet.. it's literally called the moon. Its the original - we then said other planets had "moons" when we saw a similar situation to earth vs the original moon.

For the record, in 2012 I witnessed a large sphere first from a distance and then within about a hundred feet. At one point it was dim and could see a it had a 'shell' about 6" thick and an inner core sphere about the size of a beach ball - basketball. In between was a lot of 'energy', like a giant form of a plasma ball but totally dense with possibly plasma. I watched it move from hovering totally still to moving at nearly instant speeds and back to hovering still again. At one point it was purple-white dim and later lit up as bright as the sun with no effect on your eyes (the light didnt travel and light up anything around it, the light could not escape and could only come a couple inches off the outter shell). My point is this amazing object definitely exists, was made by some person or some thing, and all the laws of physics and the speed of light can be broken for sure

The moon is an alien colony ship built in the Ursa Minor Dwarf galaxy over 1,000,000,000 years ago alongside Mimas which totally Alderan'd the planet that used to orbit where the asteroid belt is 300,000,000 years ago. The blast knocked Pluto, amongst other debris, out of Jupiter's orbit and obliterated Mars' ozone layer, rendering it's surface uninhabitable. 235,000,000 years later, a huge chunk of that planet hit Earth. Everybody knows the rest.

That is not what Stevenson 2-18 looks like. Red Super-giants are not perfectly spherical, not even close. Red Super-giants have huge convection zones. These convection zones are far bigger than our sun. 2-18 looks more like a mass of huge but randomly sized bubbles in a roughly spherical arrangement.
