I notice that after I place the detergent, liquid, and softener, after the inflow of water begins, both leave the detergent container. Is this normal? Thanks.

Hi Katie is it possible to show a video of the spin... I’ve just received this machine & don’t find it quiet AT ALL! If chugs when washing & the spin is noisy!! Any help gratefully received please!!

Three hours plus to wash one kiddies top 🤔 I find the timings way off predicted times. Also only one programme seems to do the max spin? Not easy to reset for higher spin as wants to go thru rinse cycle first..... more TIME.... so quick wash fairly useless as not quick.

Do not put liquid in before starting washer. Wait till washer starts filling from mainwash compartment then pour liquid in. If you do it before starting washer it goes down the pump not being used
