WE STAN KATY PERRY ❤
KATY PERRY❤
Has luv sux album sales grown since then
Ta faltando musica da gaga
Guys are you dumb ... They arr close friends and katu even wants to collabrate with gaga ... Idk why you like comparing each other ... They both are legendary
i’m employed what is this video supposed to mean?
Lady gaga ❤
Madonna has 13 singles #1 and 64 top 10 in UK. She's the QUEEN 😊
Little monsters where are you??
poor impossible princess
Never forget She's Katy Perry 👑👑💋
I like Katy Perry but Lady Gaga is so much better
Her 90s era was bad
Xtina❤️👏💓
I only watched because I wanted to see how big was Shallow compared to the rest.
are you the mam?
Musically, Sugababes are better, and they have their signature sound and more professional than G.A
A star is born IS a studio album but heeeyy
I se don't know why girls aloud weren't promoted outside UK. Their songs were almost on the same level of sugababes, probably even more pop and radio friendly... And better of a lot of pop hits of those years
They were promoted outside of the UK, i saw Sound Of The Underground on german tv, it was a flop. 🤷🏻♂️
Love both of them, but GA has never been marketed outside of UK and Ireland, while Sugarbabes has got some recognition at some parts of Europe.
They tried to market Girls Aloud in Germany, but it was a flop, Sound of the underground peaked at #42 after that they never released anything here again. 😅 We do know "Fight For This Love". 😅 But we loved the Sugababes, they were huge! Push The Button peaked at #2 and About You Now at #4.
@@user-gp9kg8do3hthank you for telling me this! I wish they could push other singles instead of Sound of the Underground
Obsessed with you using the Mutya album versions of Red Dress and Follow Me Home and the *unreleased* Keisha version of About A Girl
DISEASE >>>>>>>>>>
UK album sales are such a weird thing to me as an American. Two of the best girl groups of all times and I feel like these should be so much higher.
Yeah but you should note that we have about 68million people and you have nearly 350million people,
GAGA at Number 1 is CORRECT
No
Taller in More Ways reached 2 million this year. Amazing. What's your favorite Sugababes album?
Has Sweet 7 actually sold over 300k copies? I didn't even think it got certified Silver
It sold 56,000 copies in the UK + sales from streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, amazon etc). It also charted in a few European countries which helped the sales globally.
@@mpgcharthistories where did you find the 56k number
@@almanphilipp I found it on a charts/sales forum.
Interesting. Sugababes may have had more no.1 singles but Girls Aloud definitely had more chart longevity!
Sugababes won this with Heidi
It's bizarre how all the singles from Sweet 7 did so well but that era was still considered a flop. The industry was absolutely insane back then.
It was the use of the 'Sugababes' brand that let them down. They should have re-branded once management ousted Keisha. Continuing on with the Sugababes name hindered Sweet 7's success massively because they simply weren't the Sugababes anymore and the music was no longer identifiable as Sugababes due to them adopting the mainstream American sound of that time.
The singles didn't really do all that well. They got good peaks because of pre-orders but their longevity was okay-ish at best and whilst they ended up outselling a lot of the Babes' earlier singles it was only because the sales climate was a lot healthier in 2010 compared to the early 2000s.
Hi mate could you do Example Vs Professor Green UK Chart Battle or Example Vs Swedish House Mafia
A great video but not sure why you used so many remixes for Girls Aloud instead of the original songs.
I had to because of copyright unfortunately
Can you do a graph of Heidi Range Vs (can remember her name - red hair?) please just so we can see her massive contribution that the current line-up seem to forget.
No one forgets. People are consuming Sugababes as they have been since 2012. The girls themselves have given Heidi her flowers MANY times.
Oh you ignorant Heidi stans need to get a life 😂 Heidi is out. Siobhan is in. Get used to it!

Girls Aloud are the best female pop group of all time. Every song is a bop.
Thank you so much for this!! ❤
Would've liked to see Flatline added as well, but still a great video and very nice to see the music videos in the background!
I know the Sugababes line-up has changed a couple of times, but is it not in poor taste cutting Sarah Harding out of the main display picture in the Girls Aloud line up? They never released a song without her 🤷🏻♂️
I was just using the newest images available of both groups
@Yes you can tell it’s a recent group photo, I thought that after I commented but I suppose it was just my sensitive initial response- thinking the 4 piece photos were only relevant for the recent tour etc, but love the content. Thanks for creating 🫶🏻
@@danniemason1 no worries, ty for watching 😃
They could have used an array of images for both groups to include Sarah. Same with Heidi - she contributed so much to the history of the Sugababes and she was there for all their biggest hits and didn't walk out on them like Mutya and the other one.
@@andrewlong3073 I get what you are saying but I think you're looking to far into it. The thumbnails on all my videos, not just this one, show the most recent available images of the artist. Even though it wasn't my reason for doing it, you can clearly see all the members on the music videos playing behind the graph.
KATY ❤
Sugababes dominated 2002 with 2 number one songs: Freak Like Me and Round Round 2003 also was the year with only a number one song: Hole in the head 2004 was the year of Girls Aloud with "I'll Stand By You" as the number one song Sugababes regained the crown in 2005 with "Push The Bottom" In 2006, none of the two groups get a number one song, but the mayor hit was "Something Kinda Oooh" by Girls Aloud which peaked #3 In 2007 the two girl groups reunited in the cover of "Walk This Way" which peaked at the number one spot but separately Sugababes get a number one song with "About You Now" 2008 was another year for Girls Aloud with a number one song "The Promise" But 1 year later, Sugababes regained the crown with "Get Sexy" which peaked at #2 and this was the dispute between Sugababes and Girls Aloud mainly between 2002 and 2009, with six number one songs by Sugababes and four number songs by Girls Aloud
WHERE THE WILD ROSES GROW - was also not a "KYLIE MINOGUE" ERA single it was not realsed on a Kylie Minogue Album and featured on Nick Caves Album. Also GBI was not an IMPOSSIBLE PRINCESS single and recorded AFTER she had realsed it and this appeared on Towa Tei album Sound Museum It was not an Impossible Princess Track!
It bugs me being a Kylie dire hard fan when I see error on her history. ESPECIALLY FOR YOU was not a "KYLIE ERA" single. It was on Enjoy Yourself her 2nd album and internationally ESPECIALLY FOR YOU was on Enjoy Yourself. However in the UK they decide to remove it given it was appearing on Jason Donovans Ten Good Reasons instead. It was not asscoiated with her first album KYLIE whatsoever and was recorded AFTER it!
Fair enough but I never said it was on the Kylie album, it says Kylie ERA which means any songs released during the promotional cycle of that album. and you're right that it was on enjoy yourself but I made this video to show her chart history not what song is on which album specifically.
I Love Katy Perry And Gaga.
Lady gaga is a powerfull ❤
