I wonder if I converted this tc20 to an all black dye ink for printing film positives for screen printing, if the print will come out super dark. Have you had any issues with the paper rolls jamming ?

Also some of it could be not stitching it from the center out and yes the letter's could be bigger for sure

So couple of things is you main circle part of your logo supposed to off the center? And second pretty sure that one a the hats I love to use (104s) if so all those hats I don't ever use backing in it. And one more thing not sure if you kept going but I'd try to just got back some and try to go over the part you think is messed up. It could look just fine or at least something you could wear.

But the thing is doing underbase on the manual screen print and finishing the top color on the dtg might not line up as easily as the Polyprint suggest. Until i have tried it i would not believe it
