I am an American, and I began taking an interest in the Royal Family back in 1981 because of all the press coverage surrounding the Royal Wedding. I agree with many here, that Princess Anne would have made a great Queen. From the little I have seen and read, Princess Anne has more involvement with people than the others. The was an average I read somewhere about how many day a year she is/was on the road, out there meeting with the public. I couldn’t keep that schedule and pace and she’s older than me.
Anne is my favourite royal god bless her xxx

How lovely to see our late Queen there, and going over to speak to the children. A no fuss wedding, just as HRH The Princess Anne is, no fuss just gets on with her duties. Even her tours, we hardly hear about until she is on her way back home, hmmmmmmmm we all know of someone who could take lessons from her 🤦♀️

I love this and especially our late Queen at the end talking to the schoolchildren who had waited in the cold. She said isntbit your play next week? And how she wished she would still be up there so she didnt miss it. A true Queen of her United Kingdom 🇬🇧 ❤

When Mr. Laurence married into the RF he was about the same age as Meghan. Yet he has made NO fuss and has an impeccable character. Truly a remarkable gentleman.
If yo had been as badly treated as Meghan was by the hateful British press, you would have been upset as well. Harry was upset because he remembered how badly his mother Diana was treated.
I don't think Meghan was badly treated - on the contrary. And she was warned about marrying Harry. Had anyone DARED to mention that an american divorced mixed-race actress and feminist PERHAPS wasn't the best match for a monarchy, they would have been accused of all sorts of things. Now it seems like they had a point.

Always been a great fan of Anne, I honestly think she should be moved up the line of succession, removing Andrew and Harry completely. She raised her children to work, able to mix with anyone, and her grandchildren are the same. Such delightful children.
