They do this with almost every thing. Not just cereal. I stay away from any diary, wheat and anything with oils. I also don’t eat a lot of meats either. It’s been the healthiest I’ve ever been or felt.

Congratulations on leaving but the thing is you do have potential a platform online I mean you are a registered nutritionist and there are SOO many mlm that focus on this stuff eg plexus and do video such as analysising each claim of these products that give benefits such as weight loss and experiment with them to see what is true or BS. If you want too it is totally valid if you do not but I think it is a good video idea and you do not have to go as mlm heavy but go nutritional heavy

I know how these shady companies can trick you into thinking it’s a good thing for you when it’s only a good thing for them and everyone in your upline. I’m so proud of you for getting out of there and taking it a step further and sharing your story!
