Sama Chawal Ka Dhokla With Sesame Chutney | व्रत उपवास का ढोकला तिल की चटनी के साथ | Barnyard Millet
Sama ke chawal is also known as Mordhan, Moraiyo, Samak Rice and in english name is Barnyard Millet. it is gluten free grain which contains carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and Minerals.
Ingredients:
For Dhokla
Sama Ke Chawal - 1 cup
Sabudana - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Fruit Salt - 1 tsp
Chili Paste - 1/2 tsp
Rock SALT - as per taste
For Tadka
Oil - 1tbsp
Jeera ( cumin seeds ) - 1/2 tsp
Til ( Sesame Seeds ) - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves - 12 - 15
Water - 2 - 3 tbsp
For Til Chutney
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Green Chilies - 2 no.
Til Roasted - 2 tsp
Rock Salt - as per taste
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
