Typically brands need to commit to a spend at least $35k per month for Amazon DSP with Amazon. However, if you work with an agency you start using the Amazon DSP ad types with a much smaller budget.

Definitely consider pursuing other retail opportunities outside Amazon to grow your total market-share, but ALWAYS remember and prepare for the potential pitfalls that can go along with it, most especially the chance that any retailer/marketplace offering your product online could jeopardize your Amazon buy box if they price the product lower than your Amazon retail.
You lose control of your online pricing as soon as you put control of pricing on other marketplaces/website in the hands of anyone else (or even create a scenario where you HAVE control now, but could LOSE control later). Doesn't mean don't pursue other online opportunities, but it DOES mean you could pay attention to those potential issues.

Basically, most durable goods products can cost effectively offer a much better warranty than they THINK they can, and they can be much more "liberal" in approving warranty claims than they think.
