Who makes all these rules far to many. No matter what the driver owner trainer says you are toast a law to themselves this is why people are walking away it's not the Horses fault don't blame the poor horse Think about it. I can see how it lost the race watch the interview

biggest issue is if we breed do we have an industry that is going to pay us the money we need to breed really good trotters, the prize money is just not good enough for some of us to gamble with breeding with really really expensive sires.
