even the new masters of the universe series after that was also different none capture the 80s i think they probably were all failures nothing ever captured what the 80s really did i mean they are all their own series but trying to tie them to the 80s no dont work they all failed at that but they all had their own i guess unique story even though i really did not like them i think as they are in their own versions they are what they are but so far the 80s one was the best so far nothing really has recaptured that

Kevin SMith wasnt the first person who tried to make a sequel to He-man and the masters of the universe cartoon series he was the latest to try and make a sequel off of it cause after he-man and the masters of the universe went off there was a first sequel attempt called the new adventures of He-man which was the first animated series that was attempted to make a sequel out of it but it was so bad it failed than someone else tried with that 2000s animated series but it was not a sequel but suppose to be a prequel to he-man and the masters of the universe even though it was an attempt as a prequel it failed as a prequel to the series i think it might of been good on its own but it did not fit either and was a failure it did not capture it at all than you had where kevin Smith finally step in to do those series to continue it and they failed as a sequel series they did not work as sequels every he-man series after the 80s were failures none captured the original animated series

I’m interested to see how they show the character development since the trailer shows us he is capable- so they have to sell how he gets there. Great cast. New spin on the vengeance story line. Looks action packed. 😊

Superman crowds will always be divided...... U have those who like 2 stand in place jist edit a little & there's the side who loves characters being maximized. Everyone can change except Superman. Put Batman back in gray & blue & let the punches spell out on screen. 😂😂😂

I, for the life of me, cannot understand how people can like Henry so much. He just wasn’t Superman. He was brooding and barely had any elements of Superman. To each their own, but I think he’s easily the worst Superman we’ve ever had.

You should do the remaining movies that are premiering on Christmas Day. There’s Babygirl, A Complete Unknown, Blitz, The Fire Inside.😊

I can admit that that Jared Leto creates memorable performances. But I always pray for those who have to work across him when he’s playing a villain. Leto is known for being disrespectful, crossing boundaries, and being extremely difficult toward his fellow cast members. I didn’t realize it had fallen through that many time and gone through all different artistic teams. 😊great video, Larry!

Excuse me Sir, you are incorrect. The beginning of the DCU is the "Creature Commandos". lol But I did like the teaser and I am intrigued about the use of Guy Gardner.

This trailer absolutely did not disappoint. I’ve been excited about Nosferatu since beginning of 2023. Now even more so, since I’ve seen more stills and teasers, interviews from the film. Eggers has been developing this for over a decade. Great cast - obviously Dafoe - but Bill Skarsgar has a real talent of being completely unrecognizable as characters and really does his research. Love an actor that prepares. Lily Rose was great in The King. Nicholas Holt is really having his moment - long way from Warm Bodies. Aaron Taylor Johnson’s face will bless our screens again. I love the grays and blues that make some shots look black and white like the 1922 silent film. Coolest thing was how Nosferatu (1922) was sued by Stoker’s heir for copyright infringement and after winning ALL copies were orders to be destroyed. So before digital media screenings were very exclusive. Nosferatu is also where the notion that sun kills vampires instantly comes from. Love the elements of possession and creepy infatuation of a true horrific monster for the female lead vs a romanticized love affair with an immortal beast. I mean, don’t they know that’s the skin of a killer? Very excited to see it. Maybe not Christmas though. Great second video, Larry.

I wasn’t too impressed either. Going to be hard to beat Cavill as Superman, so it’s an up hill climb from the jump for me.

Krypto is lame but my biggest gripe is that Henry Cavill IS Superman for me. I’m not a fan of Christopher Reeve’s Superman (though Gene Hackman was a great Luthor, floofy hair aside). I don’t like superhero dogs ever. I’ll still watch it; I’m a big fan of Guardians of the Galaxy and tbh I really want Marvel to explore more of that part of the MCU with the various Thors and Silver Surfer and Magnus, Galactus, Secret Wars, Annihilation, etc. I’d also like to see some movies based on the DC comics that came out in the mid-90’s “Superman is dead” period with Superboy, Cyborg, Steel, and The Eradicator… the stuff people hovering around 40 grew up on…. But I digress. I hate superhero dogs. Probs see it tho

Wow, someone finally has the same opinion on James Gunn movies as me! On a side note, I love that they kept the John Williams theme.

for me, James Gunn has taken a lot of things that I never found interesting, and made them exciting. But to each, his own. Krypto is a little bit weird for me too. hopefully Batman doesn’t have his dog also.
