of course, that's why the shed was tilting to one side. it was a lot cheaper than having to buy another shed and taking off the inv batt wiring. it was scary but thank god it made it in one peace.

I'll try my best. The first thing I would do is look at your G-code to make sure you don't have any M666 code. that turns it off YOU SHOULD SEE M667 that turns it on. second, do you see a green light on your DTHC let me know. how long have you had it is it properly sync in myworkshop

yea it touches the plate goes up 2.5mm piercing height. then goes down to 1.5mm cutting height and is supposed to maintain that height according to the voltage. if the DTHC was working

Hi Pete This is what Midnite Solar sells for a clipper the price is a bit high but I make my own. can't give a price right now since parts have gone up but I was selling them for 700 basically when the voltage on the turbine exceeds what the classic can handle which is over 150 Volts it will let go of the turbine at that same time there's a aux switch that comes on that goes to the clipper and slows the turbine until the voltage comes down. I have one here with me I'll try to do another video showing it. Thanks for the comment. yea, I know. but now that my son is not living with me I can concentrate a bit more on making a better product Also I was checking on the price for 40 N52 magnets man you're talking close to 900.00 haven't checked on the magnet wire. well as you know the price on everything is so high. anyway, I lowered the price on the home so I'm getting more traffic Hopefully I can be out of here where I can put up a couple of turbines soon.

@@orlandosanchez520 yeh you seemed less stressed, id love to have atleast 2 to 5 acres of land, my freind bought nearly 30 acres for 27k its kinda remote though, he bought turbines from auswind engineering so hes going to have some fun they just smaller turbines his first turbines hes ever bought not powerhouses like yours.

yea your right there's a new generation coming in with interest in wind turbines I don't see the same thing we went through. man it was rough back then now it seems they're more respectful. feels good I'm itching to put up mine. it feels like a solar system is not complete without a turbine. Yea it kind of reminds me of the drone I had. that thing was beautiful but the blades dint start spinning till 12 to 14 mph. yea I won't say anything bad about it just wish I could put mine up. man i have 2 done and they're just sitting there hurts like hell. yea man ever since I started studying the bible and looking around at gods creation I wanted a closer look to really appreciate it. although you don't need a telescope to see all his creation since both my parents passed away they were Jehova's witnesses I've been studying since I moved here. it has given me a different outlook on life. I finally have dialed in the plasma feed rates dwell ark voltage so when I find a place in Vegas to get steel at a reasonable price ill start making wind turbine tower plates and hopefully sell them on eBay. I've seen a 12''X12''X1/4'' fold-over tower base for over 1,200 dollars man i can make the same thing for half the price. unbelievable the price of things nowadays.

yes, you are right I did do the research. my worry was with the footings and there's so much weight in the shed on one side but so far I've had no issues. I've had to go on the grid a few times been raining here more than usual. if I do sell the system I was thinking of going with Sol-Ark 15k and higher wattage solar panels. batteries came down in price by 2 grand. yea I don't need the turbines with what I have now but you know they're nice to look at.

I've been watching your video on how you injected the resin in the mold for the stator. if I run into some issues ill try to contact you if you don't mind.

@@orlandosanchez520 Np. It worked great to minimize the bubbles. Only big issue I had was using epoxy resin with matt fiberglass, but that was my own dumb fault. I eventually learned that the binder in matt fb needs to be dissolved in order for resin to 'wet' it, and only polyester resin does that. I thought I had a leak in the system causing thin air pockets in the cast after injection, but it was just the epoxy not wanting to stick to the glass. Tbh, I think vac injection makes more sense with mass production vs casting one or two stators. It makes a mess, tools are hard to clean and the lines can only be reused so many times before they become plugged or you keep a large vat of acetone to soak things in immediately. Hoses, fittings and just about everything need to be cleaned or replaced after each cast. I went back to just pouring by hand and clamping pressure. If you had a half dozen or more stators to cast and the molds to do it, you could connect them in parallel and cast them all at once to minimize the clean up and waste.

I believe they have the inverter inside the housing so yes its ac coming down @ 220v then you just tie into the grid if your selling/using. but if you have a battery bank I'm guessing you would have to convert ac to dc and then back to usable ac. what i have coming down is wild ac then at the point of the battery it gets rectified to dc then into the inverter where it's inverted to usable ac. so you could have long runs using ac. just curious do you have one?

hi,i was going to keep it but i don't think ill be putting one up for now. so right now i have a 24v and 48v.there both ready to go. the 24v for 3 plus shipping and 48v 4 plus shipping.

yea it's a nice home but never got used to it. i should have stuck with my plan. anyways at least i dint blow it away. this is a good investment. will i get what i paid + what i put in ill have to wait and see yea the market is so unpredictable it's hard to say but i have to wait one more year so i don't get hit with huge capital gains.

@@orlandosanchez520 yeh here capital gains is 50%, you have to own and not rent it out for two years.

@@closertothetruth9209 50% wow that's robbery i know California is high but not that high. here in Nevada it's a bit lower also depends on your income bracket. anyway i have one more year to go I'm already making plans on how to move the plasma and mill machine since ill be doing it by myself have to get creative.

Exactly, thats why I sent you the link. You need to show the comparison of spec build verses prison labor sweat room stuff. They watch our vids, copy us, send us crap and some good stuff. But I piss them off, I won't do but about 1 in 6 videos I am asked to do on crap they send me. Because its mostly crap.

@@JOHNDANIEL1 you know after i seen your comment i put in a frozen pizza and the pan i used could be used like your talking about. but i already have a mold done just need the top portion so i can vacuum the resin so there's no voids. but for now the way the economy is doesn't look like people have the money for RE. my thought now is the perfect time for RE everything is just going to keep going up. i was paying 20 a month just for their cable coming in overnight it went up to 35 im waiting to hear from them as to why so much ill just completely disconnect I'm not using it anyway.

yup those were the days alright so much has changed anyway i just finished uploading a vid with some bad news. so I'm still trying coming up with new ways to do things and thank you for the kind words really appreciate them.
