They need to control the temperature in the CNC shop. And switch their tools earlier. Friction fits need tight tolerances. Metal expands with higher temperatures. A keycap milled in the morning at ~10C will have a different fit than one made at ~25C in the mid day.

Ok negotiations 101: (I nagotiated between companies for a living). 1. The first price is the anker / starting point of the negotiation. If there is no start price set. Set a low base (not to low to piss the person off, but agressive). 2. Be friendly / professional, the more the seller likes you the better your deal will be. 3. Use volume to your advantage, make offers on multiple items or show them you are willing to buy more in the future. 4. Have realistic expectations / always be willing to walk away from a nagotation if you can't get a good price. There will always be another chance. Don't let fomo get the best of you. 5. If the start price is to high tell them you have other offers that are lower but want to buy from them, because local or good rep / whatever. 6. Show them you are buying / paying right now. They make the sale or someone else will. Allow them to "imulse" sell to you, even if they have sellers remorse after. 7. If it's lokal cash is king. Put it on the table. Bait them into making a deal before thinking twice about it. 8. Always try to go for another round of nagotiation. 9. Use the sentence: "Can you do xx$?" when making offers, no one wants to admit they can't do something. People will be more likely to jump down another 5-15% using this. 10. Make sure you "heal" the wounds done after agreement, use some smalltalk. Make them feel good, so they are willing to deal with again, even when you got a better deal than they were comfortable with. Bonus tip: Enjoy the game. It will help you get better at it.

this is the best video ive found on keycaps! im building a tofu65 and im not sure what keycaps to use. my setup is mainly white with a tiny bit of blue. i want the keyboard to match that. (it doesnt have to have blue but mainly white and it can have other colors). i was thinking about gmk peaches and cream but its too expensive :/. sorry if this doesnt make any sense my brain is not functioning

I think the fitment issue might be switch/stab dependent. I'm p sure cnc will have less variation compared to plastic stems. I think ESC sold a full alu set but also included a stem adjustment tool for their caps. Seems like a solution. Cheers m8.
