Here a Mustang driver is either drunk or on their cell phone and was weaving all over the road then goes up the curb and almost hits a light post. There was a cop stopped at the light as well.

You will see a van stopped on the side of the bridge with their hazards on and the driver of the white CRV who seems to have been distracted slammed into the back of the van. The pickup truck behind the van also wasn't paying much attention and slammed into the CRV. Then the car behind the camera car got hit by the white CRV. Neither driver hit the brakes until the last second.
