Lawd hammercy I didn’t know I was gonna bawl my eyes out watching this video. And right before I go to bed, now with a stuffy nose. It’s beautiful, though. And now that my only child, my 17 year old, is graduating high school in a few months, I can relate even more. I’ve said every single school day since 1st grade that I “empty nest” when he leaves me and goes to school, never realizing that he’ll be graduating in what seems like tomorrow. For those of you who have young ones, and even those who have high schoolers, cherish every single moment they’re at home because time truly does seem to fly during all the best years of your life. Time truly is a present, and you can’t change what’s in the past, and you sure don’t want to have too many regrets. They’re only babies once, and they’re only toddlers once, same as they’re only teenagers once. Give them your undivided attention in that moment bc there’s nothing wrong with them feeling really loved. I’ve always had regrets such as wishing it was God’s will for me to have more children & starting our family at a much younger age, and then those such as wishing I’d handled something differently and being too impatient at times, but I can say that I have NEVER said “I can’t wait until you’re xyz” because I have loved every single step of the way. Our children are the greatest gift from God.

Going off the lyrics I agree with what others have said 'Nightmare' seems a good idea for the name, if you wanted to be a bit more abstract and go for a theming name, I think 'Despair' is good.

I'm glad I looked this up after looking up how to get my music up on Spotify. To no surprise TuneCore came up as the first hit on the search engine (Google also does a poor job and allows scammers to promote their shady practices) I'm an indie artist with a very niche target audience. I don't even care about money to be honest, I just want to get my music out there but if I know they're making money behind my back and also potentially can terminate my music from the streaming platforms, that's a huge red flag. Thank you for warning starting artists/indie artists like me to stay away from TuneCore. 💙

well as of for me, i got my music out for free, but i can only get them on TikTok, TH-cam Content ID, CapCut, Insta and Facebook Reels and I did them just fine, i got the free version.

So, can you enlighten me which publisher or distributor i should use now? Cause currently i'm planning to distribute several single and an EP
