Paraguay is now 5 years to citizenship naturalization instead of 3 years: 2 years required temporary residency + 3 years permanent residency. This statement that Tom is making that naturalized citizenship is unpredictable for around 10 years: I've never heard that. That's something I've heard in Panama, not Paraguay. There is a Spanish language test. The temporary residency does not require your presence. The permanent residency requires a 6+ months per year presence to naturalize. They allow dual citizenship. They are a true territorial tax system that doesn't touch your worldwide income. Paraguay is pretty predictable for citizenship.

You guys are all so confused bless your cotton socks. The DR is such an amazing country BECAUSE it is corrupt and inefficient. The government is small and useless - therefore people are largely left alone. The EU, UK, AUS and US have large, overbearing, overtaxing governments. They have more procedures etc but ultimately they are trash countries to live in because you need a permit to take a piss. Give me a corrupt cleptocracy over a bunch of know-it-all goodie two shoes. There is a reason the DR has the happiest people on earth and the EU, US etc are the most depressed - coercive nanny state governments crushing people's spirit.

Getting citizenship there isn't a very good option at all. It's a great place to have a visa to stay there to cut down on expenses and have a second place to stay. Banking is not the greatest and your hands are sort of tied and find yourself having to have paper fiat in your own vault over using a bank.

Real citizenship is irrevocable. The fact that Dominica can revoke the citizenship of its citizens without notice to them or due process is especially disturbing. What if some of these people gave up their primary citizenship and are now stateless? You claim they lied on their applications. Do we have any evidence for that? The due diligence would have discovered any deception. My sources tell me that a powerful country, familiar to everyone, is pressuring Dominica to do this. The governments of the five CBI countries are corrupt. They will eventually lose access to the EU even if they cancel their CBI program. A citizenship that can't be passed to your children without government permission, and a new fee, is little more than permanent residency.

I think Malaysia visa is worse now as it is mandatory to buy property there for minimum RM600,000 and keep it for 10 years,

Nice video but but 10 year is pretty long. I doubt if you will get it if you don't live there so I don't see the real benefit in this case. Beside that, google "alex cooper vanuatu PHILIPPINES". They detained a real CBI passport holder. I don't know if this is a country where you want to live.

I have been interested in half year settling in an island like Nevis but w Asian influence… really considering Saipan since a friend relo there. Is there clinical research in the island? How do I find out? I was disappointed to learn Saipan was US… only disappointment.
