Every couple thousand miles the EGR valve would stick and at first it would just cause a hesitation around 1700 RPM so I think, then it would put the van into limp mode and I would have very little power and acceleration and could not climb even the smallest hill.
Why did you replace it? What issues were you having? I have a 22 sprinter with 28k on it dealer had it a few times and stated Egr needed cleaning etc

The LEDs look great 👍. I’m sure I’m mistaken but it almost looked like you could take the top part of the housing off w/o freeing the mirror. Just got my lights in today. Can’t wait to put them on my spotless 2008 Q7 tomorrow. 🥂

This was the first bike on the channel if we sold it that wouldn’t make any sense
If you welded the tubes at a different angle you wouldn’t even need spacers for the Amazon mount. Good video, though. I’m getting ready to do the same thing. Considering making mine out of aluminum though, so they won’t rust or add weight. Haven’t decided yet. Good to see what I’ll be up against.
Aluminum would be cool.
@@kevinfitzpatrick5777 ended up in a hurry and mig’d them out of steel I had laying around.
@@drewdoestrucks I know what that's like. Some TIG welding aluminum would look really nice, but steel is fast and easy lol.

You should make more mounts and sell them :) others out there with the same issue and not access to same tools. Thanks for sharing! Ill try to take the old brackets off a bbq grill and rivet them to the new black stone.
I would, but if I charged cost and built them for free people would still think it cost too much 🙄. if anyone is serious and willing tp pay real world cost I would make them.

How long does it last on one charge? And what controller did you use on this build?
Normal riding it last about 5 hours,hard riding is about 2.5 hours

Have you considered changing out the sprocket to a 13t for a higher top speed?
I do have other sprockets but ultimately decided more torque was what I wanted.

It is the original 2014 screen that came with the car and it is not touch screen.

Just received my eagle one/zero 10X scooter yesterday and WOW the power this thing has is crazy I am used to my ninebot max scooter and the eagle one is a whole different animal when you have it on max speed you better hang on because it wants to go now. Its like a tesla P100D on Ludacris setting and the hydraulic brakes are amazing stops on a dime. The suspension and ride is just awesome !!!

Yes it was pre-order, but it took 2 months to get the Eagle One also. Supply and demand I guess.
Did you change the speed controller as well? Or did you just add a third 12 volt battery and a different motor? Did the new motor fit in the same mounting holes?
