How I Transformed my Body: Snapshot of my Weekly Routine
Here is a snapshot of my Mon-Fri workout routine as a corporate 9-5 worker in New York City. This has been my routine since April 2024.
I am recovering from three years of injuries--torn rotator cuff, three blown out ankle ligaments and mostly recently a herniated disc. I have always been an adrenaline junkie and huge klutz... Nonetheless, movement has always been my one true love and I hope to be able to have fun as I do now till my dying last breath in old age.
Therefore I am on a mission to learn and share with you all how to grow stronger physically, spiritually, and mentally in a fun and joyful way.
Healthy habits take time to form, but as we all know, they are the building blocks to our life. They make us who we are. Walk the talk! I hope this was entertaining and inspirational!
