Google will pick the ad groups with the most demand. You can change the bid or just make a new campaign, with a shared budget, if you want to give all the ad groups their own chance.

It depends what services you're trying to offer. There are a number of keywords you can't run ads for, so you'll need to find a workaround for that that's related to your services.

Depending on your budget, a national or even state-level campaign targeting apartment keywords. Make sure not to miss the nuance of people looking for short-term rentals vs people who actually want to move there. You can double check keyword volume on Google's keyword tool to find areas where there is demand for the apartments you're trying to fill, from people in other states/cities.

@@alexdoesdigital I just can't figure out keywords. I've been running my first client account for 3 months now. I had about 100 keywords in each ad group and about 500 negative keywords total. I deleted all but about 20 keywords, and deleted the list of negative keywords because I couldn't figure out the match types and wasn't sure if it'd block my search keywords
@@alexdoesdigital dear, for example, i am running a campaign for "mobile crane rental" [mobile crane rental], the issue is that there are many cranes, ex, spyder mobile crane rental, boom mobile crane rental, knuckle mobile crane rental. i keep getting a low CTR because it's popping up for these searches. Should I remove the "mobile crane rental" phrase match, and keep just the exact match, or should I include all these words "spyder" "knuckle" in my negative list?

Hello Alex!! I'm working for a company doing ads for them, but last month It was terrible. I'm using a Performance Max Campaing. But my Cost/Conv is too high (U$80). This is my first job with cleaners, this is the regular cost/conv? (I'm using leads form in our website.)
Hey man. Why did you start with performance max? That's not a good idea. Use a standard search campaign. $80 for conversions isn't terrible for a first month though. Considering with cleaning it's usually going to be MRR, paying $80 for a lead isn't the worst. A search campaign, some optimization, and time will get that down significantly.
