Retired now but have been in the electrical trade since 1980. Schooled and licensed in two different states, South Carolina and Tennessee. Spent the last 30 years of my career working as a lineman and also in sub stations. You have made some very true and important statements. I've seen primary voltage off a tap line laying in the top of a cedar tree and the end of it barely touching the ground. As the tree swayed in the wind the high voltage (7600) would drag the ground and try to build a fire. There was an police officer setting in his cruiser making sure no one got close. We knocked it out and sleeved it back together and made it hot again. I've also seen it melt black top when the fuse didn't open, and also say it lay in the snow hot. Like you say STAY AWAY FROM IT help will be there as soon as they can. Thanks for making this video, much needed....
