Being a sociology student at Addis Abeba University was a privilege. During my time there, I only get to see the greatest instructors in the department. It was a good presentation. still, there is a research gap on scabies, only a few researchers studied scabies and also most of them focused on scabies outbreak prevalence and associated or risk factors. in addition to the ecological, and political-economy approach we will need to be focusing on the subjective experience of illness; for example, the local/cultural meanings of health and healing practices and its relationship on scabies prevention practices.
