And while trying to reinstall Arduino IDE from Windows/MS store the same says,"Update your windows to latest edition" It seems that there a compatibility issue persists. Kindly revert. Regards

Download the Arduino IDE I don't have any idea what this guy is doing way smarted than me but i found if you download the ARDUINO 1.8.8 for the system you have then go to xplane and plugins and assuming you have downloaded Simvim click on that click update firmware and your in!
