One thing that I don't know if a lot people have noticed is that by leveling Swords & Axes, you're also leveling your shield. Secondly, candles offer a fair amount of light time compared with torches and their advantage is that they do not take the offhand slot, so you can use a shield. Thirdly, the Anatomy buff for crit is kind of meh. Yes, it does increase the crit chance, but you have to invest a lot of points in it to make it work, but I feel it does increase the healing rate or amount received.

1 in lockpicking the rest in Cosmic to start, get to 10 points as soon as you can to get the mana regen; then get Cognition up to get 3 spells available to cast from your book at one time, it's enough to do combat well. After that focus on Intel and lockpicking, by the time you hit level 4 you'll be well on your way to surviving and winning combat with magic alone. 1 in Athleticism is enough to help with jumps and speed. Mage build is a bit OP.

Cosmic Magic is OP, easy mode. Aura Magic is fun, balanced, doable. You have Drain Life and some Utility that may break the game in fun ways. Divine Magic makes you almost invencible if you know when to run and use your heal spells. (Still, I didn't find Spark/Thunder useful because you have to be very close and it doesn't output much damage). Search and Speech are neglectable. Piercing is ridiculous with Stoc or Rapier. Blut is ridiculous with Beak. Swords and Axes doesn't need comments. Royal Sword or War Axe right at the beginning. Archery needs some SERIOUS buff, if you combine it with 10+ Sneak, it's okay but very annoy since you have to reach Lysandria ASAP to pile up Arrows. Anatomy I didn't tested to say the difference with Crits. Lockpicking's fun to speedrun or when you already know what to do. Athletism's fun and you can access places without the use of High Jump/Feather Fall magic, YOU'RE SPEED and it's ridiculous how you can manage combat with hits and dashes. Edit: Sneak NEEDS multipliers or +% of damage. It NEEDS! REALLY! Here's my tips about Skills.

Curved dancers sword handle and the bone cutter saw has the most ridiculous flawed perfect guard parry riposte fable art attack. It literally rip through the first phase. Saving all my consumables for 2nd phase

The Eleonora Poleblade is not bad the L2 is really good and there’s a bit of a ramp up so I went back to dual wielding 😂 a lot of bosses end game just keep swinging! Lol

I feel the the dev company needs to refund or compensate people. They need to give GameStop, Steam, and wherever else a generous chunk of cash to start refunding people. It happened to me too, and I hadn't even gotten that far. Beat like 3 or 4 bosses, then my shit got erased. Haven't played it since. If it's just going to happen again, there's no point. What a great way to spend $50 on a pre-order.

Sorry, tried it, got it refunded after 10 minutes. I am not going to play a game and redo the same thing over and over because I lost a bossfight. I mean, my GOD. I kill these easy easy enemies without a problem, takes about 5 minutes to get to the boss. Make 1 mistake, then back at the beginning, doing the same boring thing over again to get to the boss. Why do games have this gamebreaking stupid nonsense.

I just updated to 1.05 and my saved game got deleted. I suck at video games and it was so hard so all my progress is gone
