Ok. So izuku said "if I catch you I'll f*** you." to katsuki and shoto. Izuku meant he'd like kill them or like break their bones or something. But katsuki and shoto took it another way and so they just stood there cause they want him to. (If you don't know what the f word means you can search it up or something 🥲) (This ain't a canon ship so none of it is real 😅 don't take it the wrong way)

So he cut his hair as the other 2 apparently like people with short hair (I couldn't really think of other features. 😅🥲) So the next day, izuku came to school with short hair because he wanted the 2 boys to like him.
