Thank you for still making this available! For what it is worth, as a beginner, I did find that your initial segment for "relax your scalp ... relax you chin ... etc." was spoken too fast to allow me to focus on relaxing each part, SO I slowed down the playback to 1/2th its speed and replayed it. It worked nicely. Unfortunately, the above "mind-cure ..." link does not work anymore. I'm sure it has been updated somewhere in the other 638 comments ... if you don't mind re-posting a correction, I would really appreciate your kindness.

The meditation is interup by Sooo many commercial... it totaly destroy the experience 😢. Where can we listen to it commercial free?

BROOOOO I FINALLY FOUND THIS AFTER YEARS. THIS VID HELPED ME THROUGH COLLEGE!!! there were many nights between college and now that i wish i had this vid but i am so happy i found it again. Using it TONIGHT OMG. I only remembered a green thumbnail. I literally typed "sleep hypnosis frequency hz green" I was about to give it up man. Also people getting ads idk how you're gettin em but get an auto mute app

This is like super good. Like this made me fall asleep within like 5 minutes and i DONT fall asleep easily. Although the ads throw me off a bit but I can just fast forward the vid and there won't be ads so it's fine.🥰

What's with all the adds in the middle of this!!!

I've been watching this for years when I can't sleep and now there are ads... I was almost asleep at the end of closing my eyes slowly then TikTok ad, then I was almost asleep at the end of the countdown then BAM Tractor Supply Company ad. Disappointing.

I've also used this for over 6 years now. what a HUGE help to get me to sleep. I have ptsd and anxiety as well as chronic pain. however. lovely you tube , wanting everyone to pay to subscribe has recently decided to play multiple ads!!! for years I've listened with no ads, how in the world do they expect this to be useful when I get random ads blaring in my headphones in the middle of a sleep hypnosis session!?!?! so thank you you tube for ruining this for me. ugh!

Yo @Johnny Angel, the ads in the middle of the video completely ruin this. Will no longer watch and I imagine others will do the same

I have used this video for years. It saved my life when I had a newborn and could only get a few minutes of sleep here and there. But now, you have made it so there are ad breaks in the video! I am so disappointed. I would happily pay for a version of this video with no ads, because there is no way I can use this one to fall asleep anymore. Please consider removing the ads from this video.
