I slice off the tip of my Tombow eraser at an angle to erase very thin lines. It's quicker and easier than sandpaper.

Great job! What is fbb paper? Is that your go to paper for realism?
@@aaymjen Thank you ❤️ . Fbb means folding box board. It's a very thick paper and can handle great pencil pressure. It's my go to paper for realism, but if I can't get it in the store, I use the Strathmore vellum board
@@toria_arts ty, but where would I find that fbb? But showing up by that name anywhere
@@aaymjen you could check your local art store. But if you don't find it, the Strathmore vellum board is a great alternative and it's common to find as well.

Thank you for your kind comment 😀.. For paper, I use Strathmore vellum, it has a smooth surface. But, while the paper texture can contribute to the smoothness of your drawing, your skills and techniques are more important to achieve that result Let me know if you need further assistance ❤️

Do you draw the grid or is there grid paper I can buy?

Is it possible to just use a graphite pencil?
Definitely, you can use just graphite but you need to use softer grades like 4B, 6B to get the dark values
