    In California the Dental Board as well as insurance companies you are in-network with expect to have a signed treatment plan on file. It’s really a CYA way to document that you’ve explained the recommended treatment and helps protect the office and the Dr from a liability situation. Signed treatment plans are non negotiable in my office.

      Yes, like Claire and I talked about it is important to have discipline. Motivation can help get people in the right direction, but discipline will get them to fulfill their tasks.

      You could look at an appointment list from the appointment book and copy it to the clipboard and then paste it into Excel.

    Hi Dayna, I work in a perio office and we are out of network with all insurance plans what is the best way to send claims.

      I would generate and send the claim using eClaims as a courtesy for the patient. Then, immediately after you receive confirmation that the insurance company has received the claim I would put a zero payment on the claim so it is off your Insurance Aging Report.

    The date range isn't showing in this video. She selects the ranges and only 11/1/20-11/31/20 shows up. Even when I try it on my own in doesn't show the correct report. Please post accurate video.

      Please remember that my videos and resources are built using a tutor/sample database which does not have a lot of patient data in it. Sometimes when I try and pull reports I don't get any data. When you generate these reports you should get a better report.

    Hi Dayna! I really enjoy all of your Dentrix hacks! I have been binging any Dentrix training I can find. Our practice migrated to Dentrix Enterprise at the beginning of the pandemic. All of our training had to be remote. It was very challenging and it was not as effective as in person. I have learned so many great tips to use in Dentrix! However, to my dismay, these tips are not transferable to Dentrix Enterprise!! My question is this: Can you direct me to someone that can help me become a Dentrix Enterprise Super-User?!
